By signing up to komola^® suplify, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms of service. The komola UG reserves the right to update and change the terms at any time by posting them to the suplify website.

• You must provide only valid information to us.
• You may not send unwanted messages (“Spam”) or any worms, viruses or other code of destructive nature.
• You retain ownership over all content that you submitted to our service.
• You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
• You must protect your account access data from others. The service provider can not be made liable for any damage or loss resulting from failing to do so.
• You may not use this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for any activity on your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• The service is provided as is.
• We can not warrent that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or totally secure.
• You agree that any information may be sent unencrypted over various networks. Billing information is always encrypted through transfer over networks.
• You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

Payment

• The service is billed in monthly intervals.
• Conflicts regarding payment may result in cancellation of the service.

Modification of the service

• The prices set by the provider are subject to change within 14 days of a notice. Such notice can either be sent out by internet mail or be displayed in the On Demand Account area of the service.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your account at any time by sending an internet mail to support@suplify.me.
• As soon as the cancellation is acknowledged the data will be deleted permanently.
• A breach of any of the Terms results in immediate termination of the service.
